I have always loved art, designing, crafts, projects, and just finding creative outlets ever since I was a kid. It takes me to my happy place, it relaxes me, and it lets me get lost in my own space. It brings me joy and a sense of accomplishment to see other people enjoy something I have made. For me it is all about the details... I love to make sure every item I make is the best it can be, even if it means spending a little extra time and putting a little extra love into it. I am also big on the presentation and packaging that goes into my work as well. I want whoever buys or receives my items to know that every detail has been given my full attention, it's an experience from the second they open the shipping box.

Can I return or get my doormat replaced due to wear & tear?
WEAR & TEAR OF DOORMATS: doormats are made for walking on, wiping your feet and dirty shoes on, and they absorb moisture (rain, snow, ice, etc.) Painted designs WILL fade over time and with everyday use. The wear of your doormat will depend on individual elements unique to your home which are beyond our control, such as amount of use, location you have your doormat, exposure to outside elements. To prolong the life of your doormat, keep in dry, covered area away from direct sun and harsh elements. Exposure to rain, snow, etc. will darken the coir fibers. Due to the nature and use of our product, RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED DUE TO WEAR OR FADING. Doormats will NOT be refunded or replaced for wear.
Care instructions
All Doormats are shipped loosely rolled. Once delivered simply give it a good shake to remove any loose fibers from shipping and lay flat for a few hours to flatten back to its original shape.
The fibers of the coir mat will shed and should be shaken out to clean periodically. Do not scrub design.
How often should I replace my doormat?
Doormats tend to be seasonal and we suggest replacing your mat every few months. Check back here for seasonal designs to keep your entry way looking fresh and festive!
