Love this necklace. It hangs perfectly - a little looser than a choker on me. I wear it everyday and it holds up to my babies pulling on it!

Unhappy with my purchase, & customer service. The necklace was shorter than I was expecting & fit like a choker, which made the letter stick out oddly. I have a normal neck size. It also tangled immediately & I am unable to untangle it. I asked if I could exchange it for a longer chain. The owner said the the cost for additional length is $10/in. At $68 for the necklace alone, I cannot bring myself to spend the additional money it would cost to make it long enough. I asked if I could return it, & the owner said they do not do returns. I am very disappointed I spent this much on a necklace, especially one with poor customer service. If you are unsure about purchasing from this store, I would reconsider based on the return policy. If you are interested in purchasing the initial necklace, make sure you are okay with length.
