CUSTOM ORDERS - Details
We accept custom orders only as time permits due to the extra time required to process each custom order. Currently, we are not accepting custom orders.
PERSONALIZATION BOX:
The “add your Personalization” box is to enter SHIRT COLOR ONLY when adding an item to the cart. Only the items marked “custom” in title and that have instructions to add a custom name or date will be accepted.
NOTE:
Any custom wording/design change requests added to “Personalization box” (other than the info requested in our custom name/date listings) will not be accepted. Design will be made as originally shown in display. No exceptions.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS - Our Policy
--We ONLY EXCHANGE eligible SHORT SLEEVE CREW or V-NECK STYLE shirts (see our exclusions below).
The one-time exchange per item is for a DIFFERENT SIZE ONLY in same design/style/color. No color or shirt style changes.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Contact us within 3 days of USPS delivery date to start the exchange process
2- Item MUST be sent back within 7 DAYS from delivered date to qualify for exchange
3- Buyer must pay ALL shipping charges involved with exchange (to and from). No return label is provided.
4- Return item(s) MUST BE in original condition (SEE FAQ below)
*We DO issue the one-time exchange per eligible item. We DO NOT issue refunds/returns.*

The above list & any names / dates & other customization CANNOT be exchanged/returned!!! PLEASE verify correct sizes BEFORE ORDERING!!! A size chart is provided in every listing for reference
EXCHANGES - Returned Item Condition
-All return items sent back for the exchange MUST BE in new condition…unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, kept free of pet hair, smoke, & other odor, etc..
-Once we receive the return item(s) in the specified condition, we will send a link for customer to pay the re-shipping fee. NOTE: The new ITEM(s) will not be shipped until this is PAID.
We have the right at our discretion to refuse the exchange if item is NOT returned in the specified condition OR by policy timeframe. Item(s) will then be returned at buyer’s expense. Buyer incurs any losses.
NOTE: Buyer should obtain & provide us tracking info on return items mailed back. We are not responsible for lost return packages or items until they reach our PO box.
GIFTS (Marking as Gift) -Gift messages & wrapping
You can ship DIRECTLY to the gift recipient!
GIFT MESSAGE:
- Gift Messages by default are printed on a gift packing slip paper
We do not offer paid gift wrapping service, but we do wrap ALL orders with colored tissue paper inside mailer & NO PAYMENT info is sent with any order regardless of gift.
IMPORTANT: Include the name of sender in the gift message box. What you type in the gift message box is exactly what we print out.. so you must include "FROM (name)..." - also no emojis!

SHIPPING - Wrong Address
BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITIES:
It is the buyer's responsibility to verify & enter the correct shipping address on the order.
IF an incorrect address is entered, CONTACT US immediately to fix!
NOTE: We cannot change an address once the address label has been printed and/or the item has shipped.
**We are NOT responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the buyer or items marked "Delivered" on tracking status but delivered to the wrong house by the USPS.**
Tracking info is emailed to the email address customer has on file with Etsy.
If item is "UNDELIVERABLE" & returned back to our business for any reason, a reshipping fee will need to be paid by buyer to redeliver.
Availability -3XL & 4XL, sweatshirts, kid tees
Sizes 3XL and 4XL, sweatshirts, and kid tees must be ordered as we do not carry stock and are subject to color availability from suppliers. We are happy to check color availability before you order.
Note: 1-3 days extra processing time may apply.
We print ship labels in batches so even after shipping label has printed, additional processing time may still apply.
OUT OF COLORS:
If our suppliers are out of your size/color combo, we will contact you via Etsy for options.
**Although not often, we may run out of a specific color/size combo as it temporarily becomes unavailable from suppliers. In this event, we will contact the customer with options.**
We reserve the right to replace our heather colors with solid due to shortages.
SIZING - Unisex
Includes: crew, v-neck & baseball tees, long sleeve, jersey tank
A size chart picture is provided with each listing! If unsure, please measure your favorite tee/tank (lay flat) and compare to the chart!
Since there are variances in body types as well as personal preferences of size/fit, we DO NOT give sizing advice.
Please refer to the manufacturer's size chart posted.
Generally, our UNISEX items fit women as a relaxed fit. They a more modern, slimmer-fitting unisex and are a bit looser and longer than women's sizes.
For tighter fit, consider sizing down.
For relaxed looser fit, order normal size.
For men, depending on body type, we recommend ordering normal size or size up for a looser fit.

ALL coupons/discounts are taken off the REGULAR pricing. One discount coupon per transaction. Percent discounts cannot be stacked or combined.
Any coupons issued to a customer are valid for 30 days. We may change sale promotions/coupon offers but will still honor any coupons issued for 30 days from issue date.
Washing / Care Instructions
*Rose Gold = COLD wash ONLY*
Hand wash (recommended) or machine wash garment INSIDE OUT in cold or lukewarm water on a GENTLE cycle. No Bleach.
Dry on a LOW heat setting or lay flat to dry.
To iron, turn INSIDE OUT first. Use a LOW heat setting on your iron and iron sole or protector fabric barrier.
Please note: DO NOT place a hot iron directly on the vinyl.
Harsh chemicals from deodorant, toothpaste, cosmetics, body/hair care, household/laundry cleaners, and other sources can discolor the shirt. We are not responsible for any discoloration or damage due use of these on shirt.
Failure to follow care directions may cause damage to the garment. We are NOT responsible for damage due to failure to follow recommended care instructions
