Checks and money orders must be received before shipment takes place. I also accept PayPal, credit/debit cards through direct checkout, Etsy gift cards.

Shipping price includes USPS delivery and cost of materials (ie. envelopes, labels, tape etc.)

I ship worldwide. $9.50 is charged for orders outside the U.S.

Please check your confirmation email for USPS shipping tracking number.

International customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties and/or fees associated with their respective country.

No insurance or confirmation is provided.

If you do not receive your package within 45 days of shipment, please let me know and I will ship you a new one.

I ship all U.S. orders for free.

If the hat you order does not fit, I will send you a new one, but you are responsible for paying for shipping to return the hat and for shipping for the new hat. I will ship the new hat as soon as I receive the one that didn't fit. I will set up a custom listing for you to pay the shipping. You will also be responsible for paying any Etsy and PayPal fees which includes a $.20 fee for the listing and a 3% fee for PayPal. There will also be an extra one dollar fee for shipping materials. If the hat has been washed I cannot accept it for exchange.

The general sizing chart I use works for MOST babies, but not all; babies come in all different shapes and sizes so please measure the head of the person wearing the hat to ensure a perfect fit!
