First off I want to give a shout out to all the amazing people I've been able to create for. Thank you so much for choosing to shop small and handmade. Thank you for your custom order requests - some of which have pushed me to do things I never imagined myself. I will be forever grateful that my best friend found Etsy and encouraged me to get started and who became an amazing business partner. The role that this little biz of mine has played in my life has evolved over the past 8 years. It started as a fun creative outlet to offset the cost of my running and crafting addictions and shifted to the thing that kept me together when my marriage fell apart. Most recently, it has picked up the slack when my ex husband decided to quit paying child support. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported my shop :)

As usual, I have lots of new things planned for this year and I'm going to try my best to get all of my ideas out of my head and into my shop. I'm going to be adding my children's peasant dresses to my shop late spring or early summer...They did great at the farmer's markets so now I'm bringing them to Etsy! As you can see, I have a lot of appliques that I use on bloomers. Those appliques will be so cute on quilts, dish towels, Christmas stockings and all sorts of other things. I've been thinking about adding a costume line which will include some amazing princess dresses. And I'm even thinking about selling some of my patterns.
