1 out of 5 starsBlanket sent was not as pictured, different fabric. Shop claimed pictured fabric had been discontinue. I made an attempt to resolve however shop is extremely unresponsive. Very disappointed. Shop is obviously not capable of running a business. If you do buy from them just plan on a huge headache and having Paypal resolve the issue when shop owner will not.

1 out of 5 starsNot as pictured, totally different fabric. Shop made no effort to fix the problem. Didn't reply to my messages. Huge disappointment. I contacted her and she said give me a day to figure out a solution but that was almost a week ago and I've heard nothing from her. I have asked for a complete refund but probably won't get that either. Her comment about how important it is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase is not true, don't fall for it. Look on etsy for other shops, don't waste your time at this one. Grandma's Fleece Creations did two NFL ones for me and they are double fleece and super soft, check out her shop instead. She worked with me to find Packers material and this shop owner told me it was too hard to find and too expensive.

1 out of 5 starsPurchased scarf on 1/1. Opened a convo on 1/8 asking where the scarf was. I had become somewhat wary about this seller when I saw the previous buyer had never received her item, so I said I wanted a refund if the scarf was no longer available. Seller wrote back stating she would send refund, that she had shipped the scarf on 1/5, and provided an address so that I could send the scarf back when it arrived. I responded that I would rather have the scarf than the refund. I stated I would wait until 1/11 for delivery of the scarf (from GA to SC?? How long does that take??) but if it did not arrive by 1/11, I wanted a refund. Scarf did not arrive by 1/11. I contacted seller and asked for immediate refund. NO response. Today the scarf arrive. Postmark on the envelope was dated 10 JANUARY, which proved the scarf had not been sent on 1/5. I would have given a neutral feedback if it had not been for the fact that seller LIED to me.
