REFUND POLICIES
Please note the following terms and conditions for returns:
- If the customer wishes to return an item for personal reasons (such as not liking it in person), they are responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping and customs fees. In such cases, the customer will only receive a refund for the price of the item. If the item was shipped for free, the refund will be less the shipping charges.
- If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, we will gladly accept the return and fully refund the customer for the total cost, including both the item price and shipping cost.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
In order to receive a refund, you must:
• Return the item in perfect condition, UNWORN and UNDAMAGED.
• Use a bubble wrap bag or envelope and opt for registered mail with a tracking number. If you send a large package, it will go through a customs check, and I may not receive it unless you pay customs fees.
• Make sure that you do not write the cost on the envelope or bag because it will go through customs check and again you will need to pay a big fee for me to receive it.
•Finally please make sure to include the original receipt in the package.
The refund will ONLY take place shortly after the reception of the item.
CUSTOMS AND SHIPPING COST POLICIES
BUYING: Buyers must pay any customs or duties fees at their country's borders. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or postal issues.
RETURNING: Please note that according to Greek law regulations, any package, envelope, or bag sent from a country that is not part of the European Union may be subject to a customs check and an additional fee in order to be received. This means that if you plan to return an item for either exchange or refund, you need to be aware that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs as well as the customs charge fee.
Shipping times
Once your payment has been settled, we will ship your order within 1-3 business days. You will receive an immediate notification once your order has been shipped.
Please take note that orders shipped to the USA usually take 5-10 business days to arrive, while orders to Australia and other countries outside Europe may take 5-15 working days. Orders shipped within European countries usually take 3-6 business days to arrive. During the Holiday season, shipping may take a bit longer.
