A Sense of wonder

I have been making art all my life - as a child, as a mother, and in my professional life. Now my children are grown and on their own journeys, and I am finding new energy to pour into my artwork, which I see as a kind of visual poetry.
My work draws inspiration from many sources, including poetry, fairytales, family and traditional folk art. I also find myself exploring the natural world and our bonds with the other creatures with which we share the planet. I try to capture the little moments that carry big meaning.
