I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Please make sure that the size is fit to your need. Due to sanitary reason I cannot accept return/exchange/refund because the palette you received is different size than you thought it would be.

I accept return under the condition that the palette is a wrong design or missing parts. *I required pictures proof of error. *Refund will be given if buyer contact me within 5 days of receiving palette (according date on the Delivery Confirmation).
*INTERNATIONAL BUYER is responsible for any and all duties, VAT, customs, local handling and brokerage charges that may be incurred.
*US SHIPPING: I cannot be held responsible for a missing package *if the delivery confirmation number confirms that your package was delivered* - if you have had packages went missing before, please consider purchasing signature confirmation.


*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks depending on postal system and local holidays.
