For digital downloads, we do not offer any refunds due to the nature of the products. But we want to make our customers happy, should any problems arise please do not hesitate to contact us.
Payment
We accept payments through credit card and debit cards using PayPal. You don't need a Paypal account to use your credit or debit card.

EU territories who purchase digital download buyers will be added digital VAT according to their country's rate, this is then remitted by ETSY to EU in accordance with digital VAT laws.

Digital downloads are sent immediately through a download link sent to your Etsy email account

All downloads are for personal use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited or transmission in any form to third party. We don't offer refunds due to the nature of the product, however we do our best to be satisfied with your purchase. Do not hesitate to message us for questions or help.

Purchase of our products means you have read the listing. As each printer is different, we recommend test printing our pdf files.

Do you do custom work?

No custom requests at the moment

Do you offer printing and assembly of refills

We don't sell printed inserts.

Does your printables print duplex?

All our inserts are ready to print in booklet format, you can use it as refills for your traveler's notebook or as a standalone notebook. A pdf instruction is included in the download section when you purchase an insert

Do you offer printer troubleshooting

We can't troubleshoot your printers due to the thousands of printer models out there BUT we do our best to figure out the problem if you can't print the inserts properly. It is best to take a picture of your print out and send us a message.

Do I need a printer with automatic duplex printing function?

No. You can print our printer using a basic printer, refer to PDF instructions for details on printing.

It depends.Please send us a convo. We do have a separate printables ETSY shop for ring bound and disc bound planners.
