Aqualime Skincare: My Humble Beginning
Aqualime is based out of Montgomery, Alabama.
Founded by Tenesha Carter in 2011, Aqualime began when she made her first batch of oatmeal bath for her son who is suffering with a mild case of ezcema then progressed to sugar scrubs and other natural skincare products.
After obtaining her Bachelors of Art in Merchandising, I worked in the retail world for 7 years focusing of merchandising and management. Always having and eye for detail, she used her creative skills throughout the years until she found her niche. After becoming a Mom in 2011, her passion for natural body care began. Making every batch of body care products herself in small batches with quality ingredients ensuring that every item is botanically infused, clean and always safe enough for all skin types.
Since starting Aqualime, our products and founder have been featured in Southern Living Magazine, Uncommon Goods, Voyage ATL and Good Grit magazine. We hope you try our products and make Aqualime part of your daily skincare routine.
