Can I return or exchange prints?
All prints are custom printed and we are not able to accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or order a wrong size so please choose carefully. Please reach out to us if you have any questions, we love answering them.
If there is a quality issue or if your order was damaged in transit, please contact us within seven days of your purchase. We will arrange a replacement print free of charge. You will need to provide evidence of damage such as photos of your print and packaging damage.
What size my print is going to be if I choose white borders?
The total size of your print will be the size you choose. White borders will be inclusive in the size and not in addition to the size you choose. E.g. you choose 8x10'' size and 1'' white border. Your total print size will be 8x10'' and the printed area will be 6x8''.
We recommend white borders to be propotional to the size you choose. Choose small borders such as 0.5'' for small sizes, larger borders for larger sizes.
We only recommend white borders for frames without mats. If your frames have mats, we recommend choosing 'No borders' option.
How similar are colors of the actual print to what I see on my screen?
The color shades of the actual print may vary slightly due to different color calibration of monitors and devices.
However, the lightness or darkness of your print will generally be the same as you see on your screen. Pastel colored artworks are equally pastel, muted and light in person. Dark colored artworks are equally dark. The only exception are artworks with charcoal background which may appear black on some screens.
