What if my Tracking Status says "Delivered" but I cannot find my package?

Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the Shipping company the package has been classified as delivered.

If the package is not found it may have been stolen or mismarked by delivery vendor. You will need to open a incident ticket with your local delivery vendor office for investigation. Please contact ArtAccent so i can also open an incident ticket from my shipment location.

Note that ArtAccent is NOT responsible for issues once delivered.
