Designing and making stuff...really good stuff: what we love to do.
Molti anni fa abbiamo iniziato a lavorare su commissioni per opere d'arte su larga scala per la decorazione d'interni. Più tardi siamo passati a gioielli e accessori dipinti a mano di piccolo formato. La lavorazione del legno è stata con noi fin dall'inizio come il nostro substrato preferito. Ad un certo punto abbiamo deciso di iniziare a vendere le stesse basi in legno che stavamo usando per fornire agli artisti di gioielli multimediali grandi cornici per mostrare le loro creazioni. Siamo costantemente alla ricerca di nuove idee e il nostro catalogo di stili attivi sta diventando sempre più grande ogni settimana. Progettare nuove cornici è la parte divertente del nostro lavoro e amiamo le nostre "domeniche di brainstorming". La parte più gratificante (oltre a soddisfare un ordine per un cliente di ritorno) è vedere le foto dei ciondoli e delle spille finiti fatti da te ... speriamo.
Many years ago we started working on commissions for large scale artwork for interior decoration. Later on we changed to small format hand painted jewelry and accessories. Woodwork has been with us right from the beginning as our preferred substrate. At some point we decided to start selling the same wooden bases we were using to provide multi media jewelry artists with great bezels to display their creations. We are constantly looking for fresh ideas and our catalog of active styles is getting bigger and bigger each week. Designing new bezels is the fun part of our jobs and we love our 'brainstorming Sundays'. The most rewarding part (other than fulfilling an order for a returning customer) is seeing the pictures of the finished pendants and brooches made by you...we hope.
