The patches came even better than I imagined - the pictures don't do them justice!

I never received my order- twice it got stuck in France. The first time the shop owner was very nice and since it was outside the window for opening a case he refunded me and had me order them again. The second time the same thing happened and I opened a case and Etsy refunded me. I was very disappointed b cause his work looks beautiful and I would have liked to get the patches, but the shop owner was great and really worked with me to reolve the undeliverable items issue.

Seller was incredibly helpful after my first package was eaten by the postal service goblin - refunded me promptly to purchase the same product again and it arrived with no issues. Would absolutely recommend, the patch is MASSIVE and looks gorgeous!!!! Cannot wait to put this on my Pokemon card binder :)
