Gift wrapping and packaging

The sandals will be delivered with a handmade fabric bag carefully packaged inside a shoe box (if that is available) or in a bubble envelope.
All pieces of jewelry are beautifully packaged, ready to be gifted. If you order multiple items, please message me if you want each item to be wrapped separately or if you would like me to include a personal message.

jewelry care instructions

JEWELRY CARE:
Please take care of your jewelry do not wear in the shower, swimming pool, or to bed.
Keep away from harsh chemicals and cleaners. It is always best to put on your jewelry on after applying lotions, hair sprays and make-up.
Remember to always remove your jewelry before doing any activity that could cause damage to your jewelry.

Shipping time

If you need your order by a specific date, please take into account the processing time plus the maximum shipping timeframe first.
Sandals are dispatched via registered mail which allows you to track your package online. It will require your signature and a notice will be left for you with instructions on how to claim your package.
In some countries such as Germany, Canada &Australia the tracking nr. will not be updated until delivered.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES are not refunded, they will be shipped back again and re-shipping costs will incur. "Returns to sender" can take up to 3 months.
While estimated delivery dates are 5-20 days, our experience is that some packages take 3-5 weeks due to customs, delayed logistics &the international climate.

How to track the order

Orders sent with registered mail have a tracking number. You can check the tracking of your order anytime by clicking the "Track Package" button on your Etsy Purchase page. Sometimes this doesn't get updated, but your package is still moving. Your order can also be tracked on your country's primary postal operator using the tracking number you are given.
If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from it and we cannot make any corrections once the package has shipped.
The goods can only be re-shipped once they have been safely returned to us, and re-shipping costs will incur. Please note that international "Returns to sender" can take up to 2 months.
