4 out of 5 starsThis is a great item. The leather is of real quality, the buttons are great, it's the design itself that is a tad goofy. Because the end pieces are riveted to the inside, there is a lot of space on the front and back of the vials inside. The 2 end vials are snug, but the middles ones are more loose. This is just a design thing, and honestly not that big of a deal. I have used it for a week and let the leather ware in a bit. Works great! I really enjoy it, but one that is a little tighter around the vials might be a little better. Hard to say, but I have no complaints either way :) The customer service however was AMAZING. Great communication, and fast shipping. I would recommend this seller 100%.

1 out of 5 starsDelivery took two weeks. The wood quality and workmanship are okay, but unfortunately, nine screws were missing. I'm not used to this from Etsy and am therefore disappointed. I won't send it back for a shipping fee of €20; instead, I'll get some screws. Therefore, I can only recommend this article with reservations.
