I try to keep products as clean as possible but they do come from a home with several animals. Very small amounts of cat and dog fur/dander may be present, especially on fabric items like clothing. This should not pose a significant allergy threat, but use your best judgment based on your own needs!
Additionally, felted figures are made from real wool fibers (mostly from sheep, potentially some alpaca).

I do my best to minimize unnecessary packaging. I try to avoid plastic, and I use 100% recycled and/or recyclable materials as much as possible. I will sometimes re-use packaging materials that prints/pins originally arrived in when I ship them to you. There's no extra frills here; it's not the most stylish but it's better for the planet and our peace of mind!

Once an item is mailed it's out of my hands, and I suggest following the guidance on the USPS's lost mail webpage to try and recover it.
That said, I'm usually willing to replace stickers and postcards if I have enough in stock and you ask nicely :) For other items I can provide a small discount code in case you want to purchase another.

My block printed clothing is all on thrifted/secondhand items, so the sizes/colors/styles are dependent on what I can find! I try my best to source a wide range of sizes, so if yours is not currently available, check back in a couple of months. (Or message me to talk about ordering a custom-printed new shirt)
