These cookies were absolutely incredible! They were almost too beautiful to eat, but I'm so glad we did because they tasted just as amazing as they looked. My little bakery!
Romeo and Juliet, my 20 quart mixers. They also have 3 babies (my 5 quart mixers).
My chicken named, "Cookie" her and her 2 sisters are my partners. Their eggs are sometimes used for your cookies!
When I'm not baking, I try and do adventurous things.
Even though my bakery is small, I can still produce thousands of cookies per week

Baking is my passion

I've been a professional baker for over 28 years. Starting out at my parent's kosher Hungarian bakeries and then opening my own bakery. I'm completly addicted to it!

Recently I've turned my full focus on decorated cookies. I sold the big bakery and now have my more manageable studio, thanks to my success through Etsy!

I'm adding new cookies all the time and experimenting with original techniques that are not done by many food artists. I've done more than 2,000 orders here on Etsy and know how to solve just about any design challenge.

I focus to make sure my customers are more than satisfied with the final product and customer service. I'm always looking for areas to improve and know that I will never rest on this aspect of my business.
