I have been a professional baker for many years and have vast experience in many things from creating custom birthday treats for kids to designing wedding cakes and fine dining desserts for fancy restaurants. I have loved every bit of it. Every experience is different and exciting.

Somewhere along the way, I started noticing some health problems within myself, type 2 diabetes to be precise, as well as how many others seem to be struggling with similar health conditions. it's becoming an epidemic in our country. there is literally sugar in EVERYTHING as well as so many other harmful additives. just look at the ingredient lists on the back of everything you buy at the grocery store. it's insane! no wonder so many are sick and struggle to get better.

I knew right away, if I wanted to keep doing what I love most, I had to find a better way. A way that is still just as fun, beautiful and satisfying, but will also be beneficial to our body. we shouldn't have to give up what we love to do or eat and it's not fair that so many should have to suffer such sacrifice. I set my mind to it and have relentlessly researched and tested many products, determined to find the solution!! I believe that eating shouldn't be something we just do for fun but that's also nourishing to our bodies. Good quality is severely lacking in a lot of things these days.

I have made it my mission to only bring the best in my baking and am passionate about helping people!! I have recently found a way to start this journey with a few products that I know you will love that my family and friends are crazy about and will continue my journey into more and more products as my little business grows.
