Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Please check for the product rightaway when you receive it. That package is ok not broken, is product in good condition etc. We are not accepting notifications of problems with order for later than 14 days after you have received product.

For product return always contact with us. We are not responsible of product returns that have not been informed to us. Customer pays the product return costs. Also for custom / made to orders cannot be returned as they are not treated like normal ready product orders. Most of our models are made to order models. Anyways please discuss this with us and we can maybe find some solution. If some reason we except product return, the shipping / custom fees are not included in return (sending and returning fees) these costs are paid by customer and is deducted from total return of order payment.
Basic payments in Etsy with credit cards and paypal. Also payment is possible by many ways. You can always ask possibilities from us by sending a message.
Shipping time depends on which products did you order also if we have item in Stock delivery is more quicker. Some basic models we have more in stock and special models often have to make new ones.

Also as world situation is difficult now there can be more delays in posting the products which we cannot influence much. Also some countries might have some rules & regulations and because of the world situation and we cannot be held responsible if shipment comes slow or is being held because of that. Also if for some reason shipping to your country is not possible from our locations because of the world situation (We have few shipping locations in different countries) we will let you know about.

Orders are normally shipped from Finland from our main workshop but sometimes if wanted we can ship also from our Thailand workshop. Sometimes orders can be send more quicker this way.
From Stock basically we can ship order in about 1-3 weeks and if not in stock generally from 3-10 weeks. Other times we will let customer to know as some custom orders will take more time or if there is long queue of orders.

It is possible to make sometimes Quick order that we will prepare and make more quicker (with some products this is not possible). Please send us a message before making order if you need product quickly or for some special date and we can make you quick order. From this we charge basically about 20% extra to the price. This we will check for you.

Also if wanted Registered or Express Postage the extra payment from postage charge is added over the normal prices. Express postage is possible to add already to order when making order payments.

Remember when choosing shipping method to also buy extra registered mail if needed or wanted a tracking number for smaller packages as they are send as small packet that has no tracking number. If package is sended back because of wrong address or package not picked up at post office, costs and new postage is paid by customer. We always ask about new sending method before sending package again. Bigger packages sometimes come with tracking number (but not always) when chosen registered mail or EMS Express mail (Free Shipping does not have tracking). Responsibility to choose extra shipping methods is for the buyer. Also if package is lost in shipment because no tracking number seller is not responsible of this loss. We can still try to help to find the package from the shipper. You can also ask more about these options and they can be added later after order also and paid separately.

When chosen Free Shipping (or in some orders basic shipping) when available it is similiar to small packet shipping with no Tracking Code available. For Extra cost you can add Registered or Express shipping to orders. Seller cannot be held responsible (or responsible to refund order or send new order) if untrackable package is lost. We can still try to help and check about package from post office or shipper. We try to make all effort that packages will reach the customers. We recommend to choose registered Mail.

Customer is expected to check terms and conditions everytime they make orders as they might change without further notice. We held right to change them as needed.
Additional policies and FAQs
In Handicraft products such things than differences from sample photos are normal. Also Leather colours fade in use or leather will get cracks or scratches in time of use. But with proper taking care of leather adding waxes and other right substances it will stay well for a long time even lifetime or more. There might be stronger smell on new leather models when received as it is newly made and coloured with leather colours. This is perfectly normal and stronger smell will go away in time. You can always keep leather models outside to get fresh air when new for sometime to make smell go away quicker. Like with other products also. Metal shining can be different from photos but it can be shined with metal polish. Wood can be treated with wood treatment agent. Basicly they have middtone treatment from us and some models are even matte. Customers are expected to take care of the orders after they have received them and we can be of help about it ofcourse.

To take care of the Models is in responsibility of the buyer. Help can be also found in local Leather Tailor shops and others like that.
If you have some basic questions about your models they can help fixing them really well. We recommend to check from them.

If sizing is checked wrongly by customer in ready made models or custom made models it is in responsibility of buyer. For ready stock products we can accept change of size etc. but buyer pays all shipping and other expenses. Also buyer must inform us before making any shipping back. Also it might take longer time to receive new size if it had run out of the stock. In this case there is no shipping time given.
In custom made models always contact us before and we can see what we can do. Returning might not be possible. We check all these cases always case by case. Also all returns even normal abd agreed with customer, customer pays shipping and other fees.

Sizing details

If you wonder does the bracers or armour fit well for you, then just ask question from us send us mail and we are happy to answer. We make Basic, and Small sizes from most of our models to make them fit to everyone and even custom size orders if needed.
But basically many of our models can be adjusted with Belt & Buckles and some with strings so Basic size (if there is no sizes mentioned) fits well from M to XL sized and Small size for XS to M sized. Other sizes like Extra Big size (Extra small) is custom order and can be made for any size needed. But basically our models can fit for most sizes so do not worry, and if you worry ask from us ;). Just send us your sizing.

Care instructions

With leather normally basic leather treatment substances can be used.

Metal shining can be different from photos but it can be shined with metal polish. Wood can be treated with wood treatment agent. Basicly they have middtone treatment from us and some models are even matte.

If some special treatment is needed we will let you know. Just send us a message if you need some help with care instructions.
