This item was so easy to install, and only required plugging into the wall to get it up and running. The kids love it!

We purchased two arcades, one black and one white. Our boys LOVE them. There are thousands of game options. Machines are great quality and are easy to operate. You literally just plug them in and they’re ready to go. The shop was great at communicating shipping information and they arrived on time and were perfectly packed. Would definitely recommend.

We loved working with BasementArcadesCom, and the custom game we had them make for us for a client's Game Room. They were very responsive in making sure they created a product that we loved- up to the design on the exterior of the game console. It was easy to hang on the wall and looked great at the installation. We do wish there were 2 screws to hold the plastic screen to the console at the top of the screen to keep it held tight, but that wasn't a big issue. Programming the game to work with the USB with games on it was a little tricky too- but nothing they weren't willing to help us with. Overall very pleased!
