How long will it take to get my order? And do you guarantee delivery dates?
Most orders ship within 3–6 business days! We use USPS Ground Advantage (typically 3–5 business days in transit), but you can upgrade to faster shipping at checkout if you're in a rush. Need it by a specific date? Message us first—We'll always do our best to help!
We wish we could guarantee delivery dates but once it’s in USPS’s hands, delivery times are out of our control. That said, We ship quickly and offer expedited shipping options at checkout for extra peace of mind.
Where are you based?
We are a small but mighty team of three women. We design, make, and ship everything ourselves right from Kansas City! 💛 No dropshipping—just real handmade party magic.
Can I customize the colors or text on my item?
Yes! Many of our items are customizable—just check the product description or message us if you're unsure. We love helping you create something special for your event.
Re-shipping charges
Unless you indicate otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy/PayPal. Please check it prior to submitting an order and upon checkout! Anything returned to us will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.
Can I get a digital proof before you print?
Yes! If you'd like to see a proof before we print, just leave a note at checkout or shoot us a message. You'll receive the proof via Etsy messages 1-2 days before the item is scheduled to ship. Once your proof is sent, you'll have 24 hours to review and request any changes. After that, we’ll go ahead and start creating your item to keep everything on schedule! If more than two rounds of revisions are needed, we may need to charge a small design fee to cover the extra time.
Can I add more items to an order I already placed?
Totally! Just place a second order and mention it in the notes—we'll combine shipping if your first order hasn’t shipped yet. If it’s already on the way, the second order will ship separately.
