Lovely bracelet, simple and comfortable to wear. Unfortunately it did take over a month to arrive and I did have to email the seller. However they responded very quickly and included a little extra in my delivery to apologize. The delay would not stop me from purchasing from this seller again.

My sister loves her gift. However , as it was a gift, when she opened the package she didn't realise what it was and thought that someone random had sent her a rubber string, it would have been helpful to have a card or picture showing how the item was meant to be used.
