Care instructions

The handmade/custom leatherette labels are laser engraved. You may notice some residue, however I do my best to clean them up before sending them out to you. Should you have an issues, please use a damp, microfiber cloth with either water or Windex. Do not spray the Windex directly on the label and use only a little at a time.
The leatherette labels can be placed in the washer on a delicate cycle. It is not recommended to dry them. If possible, turn the garment or item inside out before washing.

Processing/Shipping Time

Due to the custom nature of the handmade/custom leatherette labels, processing times can be up to 2 weeks. This time frame is extended around the holiday season. Depending on your label needs, you may notice the actual turn around time is much faster. I do my best to get your labels out to you well in advance of the actual ship date you are given upon check out, but in some cases your order may take the entire time.
Please note, upgrading from the free shipping option to a priority or express shipping option does not change the processing time as well - this only changes the shipping time frame once provided to the carrier.

Cancellations

I am more than happy to cancel orders if they have not been started. Due to the custom nature of orders, if they have already been started, I cannot process a cancellation, refund, or return. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns regarding your order(s); I am always happy to help!

This Etsy shop runs out of the same office, so if you are a repeat customer, your label set up is saved and accessible. All materials, quality of labels, and process is EXACTLY the same!
