Do you take Custom/Personalized Orders?
Many items are customization with initials, birthstones, or chain length. Use the drop-down boxes and message to seller section during checkout for the rest of the information. Any lack of information can cause a delay in your order.
What Sizes Do You Carry?
Each listing has charm sizing details. For chain or necklaces, you can choose 16", 18" (Standard), or 20". Rings are only sold in sizes 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10.
What are the Care Instructions?
All jewelry is either sterling silver, 14k gold-fill, or 14k rose gold-fill and should be handled with care. To avoid tarnishing, it is best to keep it out of water or areas that have moisture.
Can I Get Gift Wrapping? What Does the Packaging Look Like?
All necklaces and jewelry come individually wrapped and in a beautiful jewelry box.
We can also send the item(s) directly to the recipient with a message/gift wrap.
What if something breaks?
I will be glad to fix anything within 30 days of purchase free of charge.
What if I Need a Different Size?
Your item can be exchanged for the correct size but the buyer must pay both the shipping costs to send the returned item and the shipping to receive the new item.
