I understand the artist had some delays - was away but I should have known when I purchased. I missed the deadline to attach to my Tree of Life - and my granddaughter was disappointed that for the 2nd time the E fell off and was lost.

I was a little disappointed in the opacity of the Herkimer diamond - I was hoping it would’ve been more glass like especially since one of the other birthstone with moonstone - it looked like my mom had two white stones and a raw blue green sapphire in the middle. The moonstone didn’t have the luminosity on it that I had hoped, but it was still a good quality and again my mom likes the gift. Seller does amazing work.

What Sizes Do You Carry?
Each listing has charm sizing details. For chain or necklaces, you can choose 16", 18" (Standard), or 20". Rings are only sold in sizes 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10.
What are the Care Instructions?
All jewelry is either sterling silver, 14k gold-fill, or 14k rose gold-fill and should be handled with care. To avoid tarnishing, it is best to keep it out of water or areas that have moisture.
Can I Get Gift Wrapping? What Does the Packaging Look Like?
All necklaces and jewelry come individually wrapped and in a beautiful jewelry box.
We can also send the item(s) directly to the recipient with a message/gift wrap.
What if something breaks?
I will be glad to fix anything within 30 days of purchase free of charge.
What if I Need a Different Size?
Your item can be exchanged for the correct size but the buyer must pay both the shipping costs to send the returned item and the shipping to receive the new item.
