I bought it as a 20th anniversary gift for my wife, and I’m very happy with my choice. I placed my order for my fiancé's ring a month before our wedding, unsure if I'd be able to get anything online in time but I reached out to let them know of the timeline and recieved it a week ahead of our wedding! The ring itself is gorgeous, exactly as pictured (I love that the band has both matte and polished textures) and fit my fiancé (who also LOVES it). Thanks so much Benati team!

Warranty
We offer a 12 month warranty on all of our gold and diamond jewelry. If anything comes up - were always here to help you.
We can't be responsible for damage done to your jewelry by another jeweler. If you have a jeweler work on the jewelry in any way, example: ring sizing, your warranty is void.
There is no warranty for breakage/damage/loss for diamonds, gemstones or lab created stones. If you want your center stone or jewelry covered against theft, loss, damage, or more - You can insure your jewelry through your home owner's Insurance.
With that said - if anything comes up - please contact us! We are always happy to help whenever needed!
Our warranty applies only to the original buyer, and does not include shipping services.
Canceling a order
In the extremely rare case of canceling a order - We refund your payment minus 10%. This is to cover the shipping costs/time and work spent to make your order. Thank you for your understanding.
Production & Shipping
Each Benati piece is handcrafted to order in our studio in Israel, where we design and create your jewelry with the highest attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Once completed, orders are carefully quality-checked and shipped to our U.S. fulfillment partner, who then handles domestic delivery across the United States via USPS.
This approach allows us to:
Maintain artisan-level quality through small-batch, made-to-order production in our Israeli workshop.
Offer fast, local U.S. delivery without customs delays or import duties for our American customers.
For international customers outside the U.S., items are shipped directly from our studio in Israel with full tracking and insured global delivery.
