5 out of 5 starsThe work in this doily is indescribable. The hours of work in making it is so appreciated. My grandma crocheted and I know the patience it takes. Thank you!

CARE FOR DOILIES AND TABLE RUNNERS
Your doily or table runner can be washed in the washing machine in a laundry bag I wash mine by hand just like you would wash a fine sweater. I lay it flat on a dry towel to dry. When dry I press it with a steam iron and you can use spray starch if you want it to be a little stiff and call it good they will still look nice.
I iron my doilies or table runners then spray with sta-flo starch mixed in a spray bottle 50% starch 50% water. I put a plastic tablecloth on my table to protect the table and cover it with an old bath towel and spray both sides of the doily or table runner with the starch move it to a dry towel and let it dry usually overnight then press again with a steam iron.
