1 out of 5 starsI never received my order. Not sure if this shop is now closed. I’ve ordered from this shop a couple of times years ago, and loved the products. Went to order a necklace for my niece and never received my order. Also sent messages to the shop, and were never responded to.

Custom and personalized orders
We can personalize any item with any name or word. If you need more than one name, or word, or more than 1 uppercase letter please contact us for price. To customize, add the item to cart, and during checkout you will be able to write the name or word of your choice. Please make sure your word, or name is spelled correctly, our orders are custom made and we cannot take returns. If you would like to see a preview after purchasing we are happy to provide you with one.
Sizing details
Chain lengths in the necklaces are 14", 16", 18", 20", 22". The size of the chain does not include the size of the name, which adds around 1 inch, depending on the name.
Care instructions
Sterling silver and gold plated items can be cleaned by purchasing a cleaning solution in a jewelry store. Cleaning polishing pads are also a great investment. It is best to keep your jewelry in a dry clean pouch or bag when not in used. Try not to spray perfumes directly on your jewelry. Sterling Silver does tarnish naturally over time, but if you have a silver polisher or cleaner it will take care of it, and your piece of jewelry will be back to its original shine. For gold plated and solid gold jewelry please purchase a precious metal cleaner, they sell them in any big department store, deep your jewelry for a minute, rinse, and wipe with a soft cloth. You can always send your jewelry back to us for deep cleaning.
