I love to personalize jewelry, but please understand this is not an option for all of my work due to the materials used. For example, fine silver pieces are softer in nature and therefore stamping a name on the back can damage the face. Pieces that may be personalized will clearly say so in the listing.

Personalized and custom pieces are non-returnable due to the custom nature and extra time needed to create them.

International customers: If you order a custom piece and it is returned to me as "unclaimed", I will contact you and hold onto it until we can arrange payment to ship again. I will no longer refund "unclaimed" custom orders.

Your jewelry will arrive carefully packaged and with all of the tools needed to keep it clean and shiny! Each piece of jewelry (except heat treated copper) will come with a Pro-Polish pad and anti-tarnish bag. Keeping your jewelry in the bag and out of direct sunlight will prolong the shine. When it does tarnish, rub it gently with the Pro Polish pad to clean and shine your piece. Cleaning agents are not recommended for use with your jewelry.

It is highly recommended that you do not sleep or bathe while wearing your jewelry.

Great question! Each piece of BWD jewelry is made to order. As such, please allow me 1-2 weeks to carefully craft your piece and another week for it to reach you once shipped. Ready to ship items and those with a shorter ship time are noted in each listing.

Jewelry
It is important when purchasing size-specific jewelry to know your actual size. Size specific jewelry is made especially for you and therefore not returnable. Rings: If you don't know your ring size, it is very helpful to make a quick stop in a jewelry shop to be properly sized. Bracelets: Each specific listing will provide instructions on how to measure properly based on the style of bracelet. Feel free to convo me with questions if you are uncertain!

Apparel
Sizing information is always included in the listing and will include not only measurements, but a guide as to the fit (i.e. unisex, ladies, relaxed, slim, etc.). Because apparel in printed in limited runs with limited sizes, it's important to choose your size carefully.

I love to ship all over the world-please convo me if you are interested in an international purchase! International shipments are offered on an individual basis after a discussion between seller and buyer of transit times and import fees. Please understand that your shipping cost is for postage only. VAT fees, import taxes, etc. vary by country and are your responsibility to both understand and pay. Packages shipped to countries that impose additional taxes and fees are often held at your local post office until said fees are paid. I will no longer refund "unclaimed parcels" that are returned to me and will instead hold your items until I receive funds to reship. Please be sure you understand your country's import policies!
