My name is Bethany Stambach Pulit and I'm the owner & creator of B in a Bonnet. I'm born and bred in Buffalo, NY. I'm also a member of Buffalo Indie Weddings, and a contributing blog writer for their monthly bridal blogs~www.buffaloindieweddings.com
My love affair with weddings started at a very young age. I was a bleary eyed eight year old when my Mom woke me up for Princess Diana's wedding at 5 am! Back then you had to watch live television!! Seeing her 25 foot train, I was instantly fascinated - Total goner! Both my mother and grandmother were seamstresses. I mean, my Mom made herself 3 dresses for my wedding, a gal needs options. Seeing their love, and attention to detail with bridal gowns and formal attire was truly inspiring. So in a way, my craft is a wink and a nod to those amazing women. I love transforming vintage finds, heirloom family bridal gowns, or collaborating with brides for custom pieces and then turning them into a one of a kind bridal showstoppers!
