If you're buying something from stock, payment needs to be made via Paypal as soon as you buy it. Personal cheques drawn from UK banks are fine for payments on custom orders only.

If you'd like to order a custom item, I'm happy to negotiate payment terms with you, depending on what you're looking for. Generally, a 50% deposit is required once a design is agreed, and the balance plus postage costs are due on completion.

If the order is for a short notice custom creation (required within 2 months) then I generally ask for full payment up front, although this is open to negotiation for orders over £100.

If you need to cancel an order for a stock item, just let me know - as long as I haven't sent it you, I'm happy to refund you in full.

Cancellation on a custom order is a little different - the deposit payment will be used to purchase all materials specific to your personal design, so cant be refunded. And the completed piece will have been tailored to your own requirements so will not generally be something suitable for other clients, and is not therefore something I can usually offer for general sale if you need to cancel the order once its been started.

I appreciate that for a custom order to have been cancelled, there must have been something fairly drastic going on, so I will try to be as flexible as possible. For all custom orders totalling under £100, no refunds are possible. If your total custom order was over £100 then a partial refund may be possible, depending on how far the order has progressed and the degree of personalisation involved.

With effect from April 2013, the UK postal service massively increased its postage costs, and unfortunately I have had to pass a percentage of these costs on.

My postage charges assume standard First Class/airmail postage for items under £20 in value, and fully trackable Airsure or Recorded Delivery for all other products. If you would prefer not to pay the extra costs for the trackable and insured service, please let me know and I will set you up a custom listing.

I will always provide you with the tracking number too, so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

Where item descriptions refer to any metal elements as 'silver', they will be silver plated, lead and PB free. Due to the escalating costs of silver, they will not be sterling silver unless stated otherwise.
