5 out of 5 starsI was sent three (one original, one replacement, and then was sent another that shouldn’t have been sent) art prints because they do a bad job of packaging for shipping. Only one of three arrived undamaged. Their prints were shipped between two pieces of cardboard that were not big enough to protect the edges of the print and not sturdy enough to prevent any bending of the amazing art inside. Then they made a fuss about sending the replacement a week later, because they only want to mail things every other week. I eventually got one that works, but I can’t recommend ordering from them. I definitely won’t do it again.

I sent out the intitial package promptly, replaced it without asking for reimbursed shipping to this buyers request (so not firm backing board). I refunded the initial order, and they were happy with the how it arrived. They proceeded to order the same product again, and I shipped it as they requested. I asked them not to buy things from me further because they insisted on not adhering to my 2 week processing (I have a full time job which prevents me from getting to the post office). I’m very sorry this person’s order went wrong, but they were not understanding of anything and expected me to work like Amazon.
