As long as they're in business I will be a customer! I reached out with a customization request. They replynquickly and they exceeded my expectations by a long shot. There was a little issue at delivery (not on the Seller at all) but the level of customer service I received blew me away. Can you love someone you never met? Me: yes! I absolutely love this team and the joy they brought to me and my kiddos. SHOP this Seller. You will not be disappointed! I don't think they have the capabilities to disappoint. 100/10

Q: How should I care for my 3D-printed item?
A: Great question! To keep your 3D-printed item looking its best:
🧼 Clean gently with a soft cloth or mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or scrubbing.
🔥 Keep away from heat! PLA (the most common material we use) can warp if exposed to high temps (like in a hot car).
💧 Not dishwasher safe – hand-clean only.
💥 Handle with care – while durable, 3D-printed parts can be more fragile than mass-produced plastics.
If you ever have a problem or something breaks unexpectedly, just send us a message—we’re happy to help!

Q: How do you ship orders?
A: We primarily ship with Canada Post, but sometimes we use Chit Chats for more efficient delivery, especially for international or tracked packages.
