Once again Bitten Kitchen does the unexpected by taking the 'vanilla' out of Vanilla. Boldest vanilla extract I've ever used - but not over-powering. Fear not - go vanilla!

I love peanut butter - and these cookies do not disappoint. Package arrived quickly and in excellent shape (very little breakage - but who cares? I'm looking forward to using the crumb on ice cream - peanut butter ice cream!
