🇺🇸 Tariffs for US customers are paid in advance via DDP with Royal Mail and these costs are built into my shipping prices.

⚠️ Tracking is not standard on mail sent from the 🇬🇧 UK, it costs extra.

⚠️ Unless you selected the optional shipping upgrade at checkout, there is no tracking!

My shipping rates remain affordable for international customers because I do not force this optional upgrade onto them. You have the choice. Please read the individual listings, all the info is there.

My policy is that you wait 30 days to see if the item will arrive before we consider it lost.

The vast majority of "lost" mail turns up within this time and I cannot do anything about it until 25 days have passed since the expected delivery date. During the busy Christmas period when these times can be longer.

I know Etsy says "get by" but that is an estimate and it is wildly optimistic for international mail. I only have control over how fast I pack and send off your order - after that, it's at the mercy of the postal services.

Rest assured that - assuming you provided the correct address & there is no issue that is your responsibility - I will resolve the issue!

It is hard to answer this question because it varies so much depending on the time you ordered, your location and the time of year.

I try to package and post orders as often as possible - usually 2-3 times a week. The vast majority arrive within 2 weeks. This is not a guarantee, but a guide. Please allow for 30 days. See above.
