I started my shop in 2009 to sell my painted peg dolls for children. I worked for about 4 years of painting custom painted peg dolls when, in the spring of 2013, I decided to take down my etsy shop simply because
I was dreaming of something bigger. But the reality was then, and is still now, that I have 3 children who are educated largely at home and I had a night job in fine dining at the Biltmore Estate. Though I dreamed and journaled and visioned of creating an art based business one day it simply hasn’t been possible until now.
For the last 5 years, I have been busy studying art in my free time. I paint whenever I have the chance, often forsaking other more necessary duties because I cant pull myself away from the beautiful images and buttery texture of my beloved oil paints.

I have three beautiful children and full life in the mountains of Western North Carolina. I love to garden, dance and explore this amazing area in which I live.
