Bloom with Joy

Love bright and cheerful!
Started out on Etsy just wanting to eliminate some of the accumulated vintage items on hand and knew that these items could bring a smile to another person's face; hence the shop name "bloom with joy"

We lean towards items that have a little bit of character and charm, or that are exceptionally unique pieces.

Our love for vintage stems from growing up in the Midwest where we learned a thing or two about hand me downs, organization, and having a cheerful home.

Just getting started and hope that you continue to pop back in often ;)

    I love Vintage! My tastes are varied and I find myself drawn to so many things. Classic pieces are my favorites! Think 1950’s Style - Coco Chanel - Audrey Hepburn -Madmen to name a few….both for fashion and for the home.

Please keep in mind that Vintage means used, cracked, rusty, chipped, worn or tattered. Do not expect new or like-new condition. We take care to describe each piece carefully that is listed and will inform you of any “flaws” you might find in the vintage pieces.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

All items are sold "As-Is". The photos that Bloom with Joy takes are very accurate and we will advise you of any marks, chips, etc. in our descriptions.

Refunds are made ONLY if your purchase is defective (other than what is mentioned in the description).

For items where returns are accepted, please contact us within 7 business days upon receiving items. The item(s) will need to be shipped back in the satisfactory condition in order to receive a refund. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, insurance, or taxes on all return shipments.

Although Bloom with Joy always aims to please, we cannot be responsible for items damaged by the U.S. postal service. U.S. Postal Service requirements MUST be met by both seller & buyer in order to receive reimbursement for insured packages. If an order arrives damaged through the shipping carrier, please report this to Bloom with Joy within 2 days of receiving your order. Please keep the original shipping carton that shows the damage.

PLEASE NOTE: Bloom with Joy does NOT "refund" any Shipping Charges.

SKINCARE PRODUCTS: Due to the handmade nature of BLOOM WITH JOY natural products, we WILL NOT accept returns. Please contact us if you have a concern about your item, are unhappy with your item, or if it arrives damaged.

We strive to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and really want you to be happy with your purchase. Please be sure you are not allergic to any ingredients used in BLOOM WITH JOY products before purchase.
Payment
Bloom with Joy accepts PayPal, but you don't have to set up a PayPal account to purchase. You can use the option to pay with your own credit card.
Simply select "PayPal" as your form of payment at checkout. Once you've been connected to the PayPal website, click the option to "Pay with your credit card without creating a PayPal account."

Payment terms: 24 hours after purchase. Please read additional policies and FAQs.

* Bloom with Joy will ship to the address provided by Pay Pal. Please ensure your address is correct in their system.
* Bloom with Joy is NOT responsible for orders shipped to 3rd parties.
* Bloom with Joy will wrap, box carefully and ship your purchase out as soon as possible after receiving your payment!
* If you have an additional concern or question about payment, please feel free to convo us.
* Bloom with Joy does not ship to PO Boxes
Shipping
Bloom with Joy will ship your purchase once confirmation of payment via Pay Pal is received. All items will ship via USPS.

Bloom with Joy will use PRIORITY Mail if an item is smaller, however, we prefer to use PARCEL POST to get a better rate for you but this may take a couple extra days to receive your item. If you must receive your item sooner, convo us and we will set up arrangements to ship EXPRESS MAIL or PRIORITY FLAT RATE. Keep in mind, that the shipping quote could change so most definitely CONVO US BEFORE PAYMENT.

If you would like to purchase more than one item from our shop, we will gladly combine shipping in order to reduce or even eliminate (if possible) one of the shipping costs. Our goal is to help you get your item in the most inexpensive manner available while offering great service and protection.

All shipping includes delivery confirmation which we require on all packages.

* Bloom with Joy DOES NOT automatically add insurance, although it is highly recommended. If you would like to insure your item, please convo us prior to purchase.

Bloom with Joy will try to offer you the best shipping rates. Usually, it is through 1st class international. Buyer, please be aware, there is no insurance or tracking added unless you specifically ask for it.

The Royal Mail is reportedly being much more vigilant in collecting VAT on purchases made through the mail. * Nonpaying Buyers please note: If payment has not been initiated within 2 days after sale, and no written response has been sent from the buyer to seller in this time frame, Bloom with Joy has the right to consider the purchase nullified. We will then relist this item and sell it to another buyer. Please communicate via email if there are any problems....we should be able to work through them together.
