Some of my earliest memories were sitting at my dads big desk, taking taking things apart and putting them together in a different way. I have always loved creating and making something new.
I’ve always made things because it makes me happy.
When I "retired" from teaching (10 years worth of first and second grade) to stay home with my sweet little boy (not so little anymore but still sweet…okay... yes he's to big to be mama's sweet boy, so now he's cool), I needed someplace to direct my creative energy. And thus bloomz was born.
I love the thought that someone out in the big wide world has looked at my pieces here on etsy and has loved them enough to make a purchase. It is so rewarding to create something myself, in my little studio, package it up, and ship it to worldwide locations.
Girls with bloomz all over the world makes me smile.
