At the moment, we ship world-wide (there can be an accepting for countries that are not supported by Hellenic post). All items are sent through the Greek postal system. If you would like the item to be sent to another address than the one you have registered at Etsy, then please contact us after the purchase.

Shipments to European countries will take between 7-10 days. Shipments to the US and other countries can take between 10- 14 days. Shipping during the Holiday Season may take 5 days longer.

In some countries, buyers are subject to customs taxes and duties on items shipped from International locations. These taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

All your items will be sent inside safe packaging.

Shipping fees can be found underneath each item's listing.

In case you purchase more than one item, then we can arrange combined shipping or a discount on the shipping fee for the second item.

In case the customer has not picked up the item from their local post office within a month, although they had a tracking number and the parcel was delivered, we will not refund the item. If the customer wants, we can offer to resend the item.

Returns and refunds are not accepted. The only case the shop can refund the purchase is if there was an unlisted defect that was found or there's any incorrect information regarding the item that wasn't listed or was listed incorrectly by mistake. In any of the above situations, the shop takes all the responsibility to refund the item after receiving it back from the customer.
