1 out of 5 starsI ordered the wine glass the first couple days of December knowing it wouldn't be done in time for Christmas. After the original expected shipping date had passed, the shop owner updated the shipping date to the end of January. A week into February I still had not received the glass so I messaged the shop owner. I didn't hear anything back and merely received a refund a week later. I will most certainly not be ordering anything from this shop again.

1 out of 5 starsI knew it wouldn't make it here for Christmas. I still have not received the wine glass (2/4/17) and cantvseem to connect with anyone to help me. BlueJayDecor is no longer available. If anyone knows how I could get my money back I would greatfully appreciate it.

1 out of 5 starsTook 58 days to receive item. Had to open case with Etsy for non-receipt of item. Seller not responsive - messaged several times; only received 1 response. Seller not truthful, saying it would ship by certain date and didn't ship until weeks later - as backed up via package tracking through Etsy and through USPS. Printed shipping label 11 days ahead of actually sending item - so it looks like it went out. Bad news all around.

3 out of 5 starsHave not received my item, tried to contact seller twice with no response... Update: after multiple attempts to reach seller I was finally given a refund and a very sweet and apologetic email.
