Item was very small. I ordered 4 numbers. Then the seller did not contact me to get the numbers I needed. She took it upon herself to send me a one, two, three, four. That is not the numbers I needed at all. 😔 I contacted her. She said I didn’t leave the details so she made them as such.

Sheryl at Blushtype gave us the best customer service a bride-to-be could ask for! Not only do we absolutely love the look and quality of the table numbers that we will be using for our oceanside wedding, she has gone above and beyond. Our original package was delivered by USPS and apparently stolen off our doorstep and USPS offered us no assistance or package insurance in anyway. When I reached out to Sheryl to see what next steps we had, she offered to immediately send us another order (and in time for our wedding)! This was beyond generous and so helpful for us (especially because this was not Sheryl's fault in anyway). With our wedding only two weeks away, a stolen package could have really added to the stress of our final vision for our wedding -- but she handled it like a pro!

Shipping was fast and the item came out well, but the first letter was broken off in shipping due to how narrow the wood was. It is due to the font. I was able to fix it, but I hd to change how it was to be mounted as I was afraid it would continue to break.

I have ordered this wood cut out before for our home and get so many compliments on it. People always ask where I got it. This particular one I ordered for my friend’s 15th Anniversary as a gift. I love this and I think they will too. This shop is great to work with. They always let me see an image of what it will look like before they cut it out of the wood when I ask them if I can see it. I did have a little issue when I first received it, and after I contacted them they very quickly responded, and went above and beyond to make me happy with the item. Very happy customer here. Will most likely order again as a gift for other friends. Would definitely recommend!

These are so cute and different! They look exactly as they do in the photo. Maybe a little smaller than I expected but I also didn't read the specifications.. but the size is actually perfect. Will be a nice touch to our wedding tables and add a little height/dimension since we are not doing full floral arrangements (garlands with flowers). The color is really nice and I just think they are so unique and interesting to look at. Can't wait to see them on the tables!
