This silver and turquoise neck cuff is beautiful! Its simple yet elegant. I was surprised and pleased at the short shipping time. I have only had positive experiences with Etsy.

Your Daily Stack in rainbow moonstone and sterling blue_heart
We had a customer make a special request for our Helios neck cuff in rainbow moonstone (instead of turquoise). I'm thinking we should add this beauty to the shop. Wowsers.

Your Daily Stack is now available in sterling silver+rainbow moonstone. zapSuper comfortable and lightweight. Stack 'em together, wear them separately or join them with rings you already own. (Also available in brass/opal) #blydesign

One stone at a time

Blydesign is a jewelry line established in 2009 by metal smith & classically trained pianist, Katie Bly. The small company is dedicated to localized production, sourcing all materials through environmentally responsible vendors, with intentions to minimize material waste as much as possible.

Each piece is made by hand, one at a time, with love & exquisite craftsmanship out of her North Carolina countryside studio. With the help of her husband, Andy, & loyal pup, Rocco, they are either on the production bench (which Andy built!), or tending to their garden.

Katie discovered her love for jewelry making after her grandmother, Martha Rose, passed away. By turning salvaged crystals from Martha’s broken chandelier into a precious pendant, Katie’s true calling was realized. Katie is self-taught, with her current collection consisting of recycled + coated brass, sterling silver, & a special resin process signature to her brand. The hand-poured opalescent ‘stones’ used throughout Blydesign consist of thoughtfully placed sparkles, making for a unique treasure every time.

Care instructions

To maintain the longevity of your jewelry, avoid wearing in showers, pools, hot tubs, or any other body of water with harsh chemicals. Store your jewelry in an air tight bag when not in use. Always remove jewelry before applying lotions, perfumes, or hand soap. All of our brass items come with a polishing cloth. Use this cloth to maintain shine and luster and remove undesired tarnish. It is normal, and completely harmless for brass to cause slight skin discoloration. As the jewelry is worn, this will diminish over time due to the metal absorbing the oils in your skin, creating a nice, natural barrier on the metal. If any discoloration becomes bothersome, a coating of beeswax wherever the metal touches your skin will prevent oxidation.
