Great product and excellent seller. When it looked like my order wasn’t going to arrive on time she offered to next day a new package to me! Luckily my original order arrived right on time and that wasn’t necessary, but her offer shows how much she cares about the people who order from her shop!

I really hate to leave a bad review, but my experience with this shop was awful. I ordered hair ties for a bachelorette WEEKS before I needed them. They never shipped. When I asked the status (after 3 weeks), the shop owner asked when I needed them. I needed them when I ordered them. She then said she would send them out ASAP. I never heard from her again and they never shipped out. Such a disappointment.

It took super long for the items to be shipped, and when they finally arrived I did not receive what was ordered. Had to wait an extra week for the issue to be fixed and was told I would get a refund..that never happened. The seller is almost incommunicable.
