I am so very pleased with this selection of vintage trim. The pieces are in good shape and are very unique! I will enjoy putting them to use in my boho upcycled lace and linen quilt! Thank you so very much! It's been a pleasure!

All the lovers of old things seem to have one thing in common. We are hoarders! A trait I carry like a badge of honor. Unfortunately as I am on this "road trip" my gatherings have buried me. If you are looking for something in particular please convo me as I more then likely have it.

Payment
I am quite flexible and will work with you as much as possible. When you purchase an item please let me know how you are paying...unless it is pay-pal, which I will see as soon as you pay. I require payment in three days but will work with you if you contact me and make other arrangements. If I don't hear anything from you in three days I will be canceling the sale and re-listing the item. I have had problems where things are left in carts without payments for a week or so before I realized it wasn't actually bought. All I need to know is the "plan". Thank you for your business and I hope you enjoyed your visit. Please let me know if the item is to your liking.
Also as an added note...I do not insure unless you ask and pay for it. I do put tracking on your order but insurance is optional and your decision.. but I am not liable for anything that is not insured. Thanks again...Bonnie
Shipping
I try to mail as soon as I receive an order. .....It depends on if I am in town or not as I do go away for shows on occasions.
I do not require insurance...it is totally up to you but I am not responsible for any losses. I do have a tracking number for all items shipped in the US.
If you are not in the US, shipping may take a little longer because I am not always available to get to the Post Office.
I am sorry I can not ship to Italy due to their strict restrictions.
Refunds and Exchanges
I list as accurately as possible. Please ask me questions. Generally I have always had a policy to not accept returns or refund on vintage items, due to the nature of the beast. But nothing is ever set in stone. If I do exchange the shipping is paid by you and I do not refund shipping. But I have been in the retail end for so long there certainly are variables. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or feel that I missed something on my listing please contact me right away. I am easier to adjust to a quick contact versus a 2 week wait or so.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you are buying several different items I can send you an invoice with the correct shipping. If by chance you have paid way too much for shipping I will refund some thru pay-pal. If you reserve an item please pay or contact me within 3 days. I find it difficult to be accurate on shipping. Especially outside of the US.
