Hi! I’m Kelbie—the owner, maker, packer, labeler, and everything else behind Boros Custom Creations. I’m also a full-time grad student currently completing my counseling internship, so every item is carefully handmade around a very full schedule.

My products are 100% non-toxic, phthalate-free, and made with natural ingredients I trust in my own home. Everything is made to order to ensure you get the best possible quality, freshness, and scent.

I work as fast as I can while still doing things right. I sell across multiple platforms and create everything myself, so I truly appreciate your patience. My current processing time is 1-14 business days plus shipping time, excluding weekends and holidays, however I usually run faster than that. I appreciate your patience while I handmake your smell goods.

📦 Please note: The post office picks up directly from me or I drop off Monday–Saturday, but they do not always scan packages right away. Shipping labels are preprinted so tracking may show “pre-transit” for a bit before it gets officially scanned.

My business hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM–5PM CST. I check messages and process orders during that time and will respond as soon as I’m able.
