Give yourself plenty time for your flowers to arrive, allow 2 - 3 weeks for U.S & Australia, Canada is usually around 3 weeks, all overseas mail is sent tracked and signed and you will be provided with a tracking number , please only order if you are ok with this and have plenty time before your event, once its in the postal system its beyond our control for delivery time. Any items held up in post can be returned but all delivery charges and 10% admin fee will be deducted.

I welcome custom orders, please ask! For custom wedding orders over £150 a deposit of £50 is required, you will be sent pictures of your bouquets when they have been made, full payment is required when you are happy with the design, and it will then be posted out.

Yes, please ask, if I have the materials in stock I will happily make as many as you require, postage can be combined further for larger orders, just ask.

I generally post Mon, Wed & Fri. If you need an item quickly though please let me know and I will do my best to post asap. Items are sent uk first class, freepost items second class and I always get proof of postage.

Yes you can return an item, please notify us asap if you wish to do this, items must be returned in new & unused condition, and within 14 days of receiving it. Buyer is responsible for return postage and original outward postage will be deducted from the item price unless item has been damaged in transit.
We reserve the right do deduct a 10% admin fee for late notification or late return of items.
Overseas (non UK) returns are accepted however outward postal charge will be deducted from the item price and buyer is responsible for return post charge.
