Turn around for a proof is 24 hours or less to the email address you have on file with Etsy.

Most of my listings are for digital files. These itmes are not paper products but jpeg or pdf files designed for you to print at your local printer or photo processor.

Print packages are available and you can see those options in the drop down on each listing.

Printed cards and merchandise will be sent to the shipping address on file with Etsy.

Should you require any wording changes please leave your wording exactly as you wish it to appear in the note to seller section when purchasing.

Photos you submit should be 300dpi or higher for proper print quality. Camera phone pictures that have a filter or have been edited with an app are often not high enough resolution.

You will receive an email confirmation when you purchase that will instruct you where to send your photos.

All printed items in my shop will not be printed until you approve your proof.

Please print a sample of your card before having all of them printed or giving the ok to print. Computer screen variations and press settings can make colors look a little different.

I ask you to approve and double check the proofs that I send. If a proof is approved with a spelling error or date error, or you have requested the wrong size, we cannot be held responsible.

Purchase the design closest to the one you want and leave me all the details in the “notes to seller” section. We can work together to make it just how you want.
