All carnival or custom color orders are non refundable as significant time, quality materials and labor are applied.

Due to the custom nature of our designs, all sales are final—no returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll work on a resolution. Once production starts, changes cannot be guaranteed, so double-check details before ordering. We provide adjustable sizing, but if you have concerns, message us beforehand. No refunds unless there’s an error on our part. We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments—please contact the shipping carrier for claims.

We do not offer in progress photos or updates during production. Everything is handmade to order, and we work hard behind the scenes to meet your deadline while maintaining our design standards. We also believe in preserving the excitement of the final reveal, no spoilers!
