Frequently asked questions

Can you make something I see in your shop in a different size?

Yes, if I have the fabric on hand I am open to making what you have in mind.
If you would like a dollhouse bed cover in a fabric you see on one of my pillows or the crib bedding or vice versa.

I use vintage fabrics so once it is used up I cannot offer it again.

I am happy to answer any queries a potential buyer may have, you can get in touch via Etsy Messages.

Returns for non-delivery

If a parcel is returned because of non-delivery (address is incorrect, address was not complete or the parcel was not picked up at the post office) and gets sent back, I will issue a refund once I receive it in good condition.

I will deduct the shipping fee and any return fees incurred.

What if I live in an apartment/condo/gated community?

If you live in an apartment/condo/gated community or anything requiring a buzzer code to enter, please provide that along with your phone number when filling out your address. This will allow the delivery person to complete their delivery.
